Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their Thorn Circle Annual Membership at any time through their customer account or by contacting hello@theblackthornandember.com.
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next annual renewal date.
Membership fees already processed are non-refundable. Membership benefits, discounts, access, and exclusive member privileges will remain active through the end of the current membership term.
Thorn Circle Membership
Thorn Circle is an annual membership that provides access to member discounts, early access opportunities, exclusive perks, and community benefits offered by The Black Thorn & Ember.
Membership benefits, including the member discount, are activated within 1–3 business days of enrollment and remain available for the duration of the active membership period.
Once your membership has been activated, your exclusive 15% member discount code will be sent to the email address associated with your membership purchase.
Membership benefits are non-transferable and are intended solely for the enrolled member.
Member discounts apply only to eligible products and cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes unless otherwise stated.
Limited Edition Book Boxes
Ember Rose Limited Edition Book Boxes are separate purchases and are not included with a Thorn Circle Membership.
Availability, pricing, contents, and release schedules may vary and will be described on each individual product listing.
The Black Thorn & Ember reserves the right to modify membership benefits, product offerings, release schedules, and related programs as needed. Whenever possible, members will be notified in advance of any significant changes that affect active memberships.
